I had a wonderful first experience with this company. The level of professionalism was evident from the moment Suzanne took my call. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I received an email before the tech arrived with his picture, so I would know who to expect. (Cannot be too careful these days!) When Kyle arrived (on time!) He was knowledgeable , courteous, and very polite (added bonus…he put his shoe covers on before entering my home.) Kyle took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, how he was going to do it and how long it would take. When the job was complete, he had a picture on his iPad that showed exactly what he had done. I would highly recommend this company. A complete pleasure to work with.

We had used two other companies over the past three years for our furnace/AC service and were disappointed with both of them and looked to go in a different direction, so we requested the service of Tom Rostron Company to check our furnace. The unit is only three years old, running fine but seemed to be taking a long time to warm our house. A thorough system check by Rostron's technician Ryan revealed some of the settings in the furnace and the thermostat were not set properly when the furnace was installed, and these issues were never corrected by the two previous companies. Ryan corrected these issues and made the proper settings to the furnace and the thermostat. Ryan also provided a detailed explanation as to what the problem was and what he did to correct the issue. We have already noticed an improvement of the performance of the furnace. I can't say enough about the quality of service from Tom Rostron Company. Ryan was courteous, professional and completely understood our problem and corrected the issue. We immediately signed up for Rostron's yearly service contract. I highly recommend Tom Rostron Company for your heating and air conditioning service and installation needs.

I can not say enough about this company. We have used them several times and they are exceptional. They tell us what the issue is and have never tried to inflate a problem or tried to sell us anything that we don't need. I've heard stories from friends who have had other HVAC companies come out who try to sell them everything from service contracts to entire systems that they don't need or want. Tom Rostron Company has integrity. They are honest, have great technicians and come when you need them. Highly recommend!

My furnace was acting up and I called Rostron on Saturday night. By midmorning Sunday, the technician was at my house. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Excellent service from this company!!! We had a broken breaker and lost power. I called Rostron electric and they were able to help within an hours time. The whole repair plus an extra switch fix was completed efficiently and quickly. The 2 electricians Yang and Steve were very professional and personable. Excellent service!! I knew this company from my time at the Jersey Shore Chamber of Commerce. So when my old heater finally 'died' I call Tom Rostron Co and they were very responsive. The salesman Joey was able to visit that same day. He proposed the best option for my house, which had not been updated in 25 years, so I appreciated his current suggestions for a more efficient setup to heat my home. I used Tom Rostron for an air duct cleaning and had a great experience. The technician, Kyle K, was very knowledgeable and so friendly and respectful. I liked how they emailed a picture of the technician before he came. The pricing for the service was also very fair. I had first received a quote from another company that was charging almost twice as much for the same service. After having such a great experience, I now plan to use Tom Rostron for any air duct cleaning moving forward and also plan to switch to them for my annual HVAC services as well as any plumbing and electrical work.

I want to thank Rostron Mechanical for the superior installation of a new Inverter Heat Pump.John Fels came to our house and analyzed the situation. He provided a price quote that we discussed in detail and John modified until I was happy with the equipment selection and the price.Chris arrived and demoed the existing system with such ease it was amazing. We were lucky to have mild weather and a few days later Rich and Christian arrived to perform the actual installation which took roughly 3 days.I was extremely impressed with Rich and Christian for their professional care, expertise and attention to detail. Rich kept me informed every step of the way and took great pride in his work.I had a choice of 3 different HVAC contractors but I selected Rostron and I'm glad I did.
